Tibetan Singing Bowls vibro-acoustic massage and Sound Healing!
🎓 Our 2-day certified course will prepare you to conduct your own Sound Healing Session.
In this course we will cover:
✍ THEORY
✅ The true history of singing bowls and the cultural development of sound therapy, the classification of singing bowls according to their properties.
✅ Main types of singing bowls for therapy and their main differences from the souvenir and other types of bowls.
✅ The correct and safe use of siinging bowls: main indircations and I contraindications.
✅ The effect and application of singing bowls.
✅ The importance of sound and vibration and the way they affect the physical body, psyche, water and surrounding space.
💫 PRACTICE
✅ Sound production techniques and types of instruments
✅ Basic methods of vibrational massage with singing bowls
✅ Contact massage with a bowl for oneself and for two (based on medical massage, lymphatic drainage)
✅ 7 chakra sound baths with bowl set and main technics of work with specific parts of the body: e.g. lower back, shoulder blades, neck area.
✅ Different techniques for group sessions
To immerse you in the healing vibrations of all the instruments, we offer a one-hour sound healing group session for everyone, so you can fully fall in love with the sound healing therapies 🙂
No experience is necessary. We provide all the instruments for the training and it is possible to purchase the singing bowls or other instruments after the training.
